“Melon seeds from the Liu An area” – a famous tea from Anhui province. The unusual appearance of the dark leaf and the unusually fresh grass flavor are achieved by hand shaping the harvested tea in wood-heated pans, repeated re-drying in bamboo baskets over charcoal and final manual sorting “leaf by leaf”.
