The result of our tea-expedition to Taiwan, was the selection of Tung Ting, which we described as Traditional. It means a return to the traditional taste of this famous tea, which is reflected in a special roasted aftertaste. This effect is achieved by the tea being so-called baked in dryers and at a high temperature at the very end of the working process.
