Delicious green tea from the Simao area in the southern part of Yunnan Province. Tea of the Year 1997. The leaves have a dark green color, richly decorated with silvery green shoots. They are well wrapped in neat and relatively large curls. They give off a distinctive, freshly sweet grassy scent. The infusion is light green to yellow-green with a smoky taste, typical of Yunnan green teas, pleasantly bitter.
